Features of the LIFX app include:
- Basic controls: easily turn your lights on/off, adjust brightness, change colors, and modify white temperature.
- Group functionality: conveniently control all lights within a group with just one touch from the Home Dashboard.
- Personalization: choose from a selection of LIFX illustrations or personalize Group cards with your own pictures.
- Schedule automation: create custom schedules to fade lights, change colors, and turn them on/off. The calendar-style view makes it easy to manage.
- Effects: have fun with special effects like the music visualizer, fire, candle flicker, strobe, and color cycling. All available in one place.
- Scenes: set your preferred lighting settings and save them for later use.
- Themes: access a library of one-click color combinations for Groups, ranging from 'Proud' to 'Soothing'.
- Live painting: use your finger in the app to paint color onto your LIFX Z, Beam, Tile, and Candle.
- Custom color palettes: create a custom color palette with your favorite colors.
- Discover Tab: find helpful How-To guides, learn about integration partners, and browse our LIFX product selection.
Here are some examples of how our customers are using LIFX lights:
